The application gives no details and no design plan.

The proposal is an example stating a consolidation of Blocks X & Y section Z, demolition of 2 detached houses and the erection of 7 one and 2 storey units.

Assuming they mean Block 17 to be the other part of the consolidation, the house has already been demolished and the block cleared.

This is excessive development on Mawson Drive as we already have 17 units under rapid construction on the eastern side of the 3 remaining houses between these 2 developments.

There will be many traffic problems created because the wide median strip prevents access to the west to use Athllon Drive.
